The Ground Rules
Agreement to terms. Browsing this site or placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. If any part is unacceptable, the site should not be used.
Orders and acceptance. An order is an offer to purchase. Orders may be declined or cancelled if an item is out of stock, if a pricing error occurred, or if fraudulent activity is suspected. If an order is cancelled after payment, the charged amount is refunded. Order confirmation is not final acceptance until the order ships.
Cancellations and edits. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or edited. The fulfillment process begins immediately, and the systems are not built to intercept an order mid-stream. Review the cart carefully before completing checkout.
Pricing and availability. Prices are displayed on the site and may change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, support will contact you with options.
Product descriptions and use. Listings include ingredient details, finish descriptions, and usage guidance. It is the customer’s responsibility to review those details and confirm that a product is appropriate for their skin. Patch testing before full application is recommended, especially for sensitive skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Results vary by individual; no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Baked makeup and shade matching. The baked foundation line uses marbleized color-correcting pigments that self-adjust to a degree. A shade that is one level lighter or darker than a perfect match will often still work. That is a feature of the formulation, not a guarantee that every shade will suit every skin tone. If you are unsure, contact support with your skin tone description before ordering.
Your responsibilities. Accurate shipping and contact information is the customer’s responsibility. If an order ships to an address provided incorrectly, responsibility for non-delivery rests with the customer, and reshipping may incur additional cost.
Intellectual property. Site text, images, logos, and design elements belong to the operator or its licensors. Reproduction or commercial use of site content requires written permission.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or product purchase is excluded. Total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
